There are three ways in which you can donate money to Petersfield Musical Festival. Your donations will help us ensure that our annual Festival in Petersfield in March continues to thrive and that we are able to sustain our support to local young musicians well into the future.
JustGiving
Please use our JustGiving page to make a single donation to Petersfield Musical Festival. If you are a UK taxpayer, please ensure that you Gift Aid your donation, so we obtain an extra 25%.
Sponsor a singer or musician
Choral concerts have been an integral part of our annual Festivals since our beginning, but they incur substantial costs – including for the conductor, orchestra, and singer and instrumental soloists – and usually produce a financial deficit.
In the past we have obtained generous sponsorship of some of a choral concert’s soloists from individual supporters. Please consider sponsoring a soloist or a musician, or a group of musicians, for any of our concerts or recitals (be they choral or other) in our next Festival.
We will be able to claim Gift Aid on your sponsorship donation if you are a UK taxpayer and you sign (or have signed) a Petersfield Musical Festival Gift Aid Declaration. Also, you may be able to reduce your income tax bill.

East Hampshire Community Lottery
Petersfield Musical Festival is registered with East Hampshire Community Lottery, a weekly online lottery whose draw takes place every Saturday night at 2000 hours. If you support us in this lottery, 50% of the ticket price will be donated to us and 10% to other good causes within East Hampshire District.
An East Hampshire Community Lottery ticket costs £1 per week. It has six numbers, and the lottery works in a similar way to the National Lottery in that the size of the prize increases as more numbers on a ticket are matched with those drawn.
You are notified by email when you win. To claim your winnings, log in to the East Hampshire Community Lottery website and choose whether to have your winnings paid directly into your bank account or donated to Petersfield Musical Festival.
To take part in the East Hampshire Community Lottery and support us:
- Go to the relevant page.
- Click on one of the Buy Tickets tabs and register – East Hampshire Community Lottery needs your personal details because you must be at least 18 years old to play.
- Proceed to buy tickets: you can choose the six numbers on a ticket or use those generated automatically, and you can pay monthly via Direct Debit or pay by debit card – debit card payments may be a one-off payment or for one, three, six or twelve months.
- To buy tickets after you have registered, simply log-in to the East Hampshire Community Lottery website using your e-mail address and password and buy tickets as required.
